TERMS & CONDITIONS

Pranasomatics Immersion and Pranasomatics Coach Training (Full Path)

1. Provider and scope

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all contracts for trainings, immersions, intensives and related online offers booked through pranasomatics.com. Your contract partner is PranaSomatics SL, Ur. Eagles Village, 6 1 Pta. 6, Edif. El Nogal, La Quinta Golf, 29679 Benahavís (Málaga), Spain, CIF B88979703, email mail@pranasomatics.com ("we", "us").

1.2 A "consumer" is any natural person who books for purposes outside their trade, business or profession. Some provisions apply only to consumers, and we say so where they do.

1.3 Any terms of yours that differ from these do not apply unless we expressly agree to them in writing.

1.4 You must be at least 18 years old to book.

2. Our offers

2.1 Pranasomatics Immersion (4 months). Four live weekends on Zoom, generally from Friday afternoon to Sunday midday (CET/CEST), each with several live sessions of about three hours. Also included: access to the on-demand library, community support (participant groups and forum), and the Annual Update Day. You receive a Certificate of Participation once you have completed all four weekends.

2.2 Full Path: Immersion and Pranasomatics Coach Training (8 months, 200 hours). Eight live weekends on Zoom: the four Immersion weekends, followed by four coaching weekends with supervised practice and feedback, plus Somatic Labs. Also included: the extended library and manual, access to the recordings of the teaching segments, and the Pranasomatics Coach Certification (Level 1) once you meet the certification requirements (section 9). The Coach Training builds on the Immersion and is booked as the Full Path.

2.3 Dates. The next cohort starts on 12 March 2027. The dates of all live weekends are set out in the course schedule published on the course page and sent to you with your enrolment confirmation.

2.4 Intensive in Spain. The in-person Intensive (28 to 31 October 2027) is included for participants of the Immersion and the Full Path. We will announce the venue in good time. Travel, accommodation and meals are not included. You book them yourself, with third-party providers and at your own risk. We are not a travel organiser and we do not sell package travel. We recommend taking out travel and cancellation insurance. If the Intensive cannot take place as planned, we will offer a replacement date or an online alternative. We are not liable for your travel or accommodation costs, unless we caused the cancellation intentionally or through gross negligence.

2.5 Language. Live sessions are taught in English with German translation. All other materials are in English unless stated otherwise.

2.6 Technical requirements. You need a stable internet connection, a device with camera and microphone, and the Zoom software. You are responsible for your own equipment and internet connection.

2.7 Each offer has the content described on the course page at the time you book.

3. Booking and conclusion of the contract

3.1 Our course pages are an invitation to book, not a binding offer. You make a binding offer to enter into a contract when you complete the checkout, which is processed by Stripe. Before paying, you must tick the required box at checkout with which you accept these Terms and request immediate access to the video library (section 5.3).

3.2 The contract is concluded when you complete payment at checkout. We then confirm your booking by email. This confirmation contains these Terms (or a link to them), the information on your right of withdrawal and the confirmation of your consent under section 5.3, on a durable medium. We may decline a booking within 7 days of receiving it, for example if a place cannot be confirmed; in that case we will tell you by email and refund any payment in full.

3.3 The contract language is English.

4. Prices and payment

4.1 All prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable.

4.2 Immersion: €1,950 if paid in full. Early-bird price for bookings made by 31 January 2027, 23:59 CET: €1,660. Instalment plan: 8 monthly payments of €245 (total €1,960).

4.3 Full Path: €3,990 if paid in full. Early-bird price for bookings made by 31 January 2027, 23:59 CET: €3,390. Instalment plan: 13 monthly payments of €320 (total €4,160).

4.4 Payment is made through Stripe by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. If you pay in full, the whole price is due when you book. You receive a payment confirmation by email. An invoice is available on request at mail@pranasomatics.com.

4.5 Instalment plans. The first instalment is due when you book. The following instalments are charged automatically to the payment method you have stored, once a month, until all 8 instalments (Immersion) or all 13 instalments (Full Path) have been paid. The plan then ends automatically. Choosing instalments does not change your obligation to pay the total price. All instalments remain due even if you miss sessions or stop taking part, unless you have withdrawn from the contract (section 5), the contract has been terminated for good cause (section 6.3), or we have cancelled (section 7).

4.6 Failed payments. If an instalment cannot be collected, we will tell you by email and try again. If it is still unpaid 14 days after our reminder, we may suspend your access to live sessions, recordings and the library until the outstanding amount has been paid. If two or more instalments remain unpaid after we have set you, in writing, a final deadline of at least 14 days, we may terminate the contract and claim the instalments that are then due. Statutory default interest applies.

5. Right of withdrawal for consumers

5.1 Your right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract is concluded. Your booking has two parts, and the right of withdrawal works differently for each: the digital content (section 5.3) and the live services (section 5.4).

5.2 How to withdraw. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (PranaSomatics SL, Ur. Eagles Village, 6 1 Pta. 6, Edif. El Nogal, La Quinta Golf, 29679 Benahavís (Málaga), Spain, email mail@pranasomatics.com) of your decision by a clear statement, for example an email. The easiest way is our withdrawal page at www.pranasomatics.com/withdrawal (the "Withdraw from contract here" link in the footer of our website). The model withdrawal form is on that page and at the end of this section; you can use it, but you do not have to. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal to you by email without delay. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough to send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.

5.3 Digital content: the video library. After payment you get immediate access to our on-demand video library (videos, recordings, manual and other materials made available online). This is digital content not supplied on a physical medium. At checkout, you can only complete your booking after ticking a box with which you expressly request immediate access to the video library and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal for the digital content. We confirm your request and acknowledgement on a durable medium in your purchase confirmation email. Your right of withdrawal for the digital content therefore ends as soon as we give you access (Art. 103(m) TRLGDCU; Art. 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU). If you prefer not to give this consent, please write to us before booking; we will then send you a booking option in which access to the video library starts only after the withdrawal period has ended.

5.4 Live services: the live training. The live weekends, Somatic Labs, supervised practice, the Intensive and community support are services. Your right of withdrawal for these live services is not affected by section 5.3 and lasts the full 14 days. The live services begin during the withdrawal period only if you expressly request it (for example when you book less than 14 days before the first live session). If you have made this request and then withdraw, you must pay us an amount proportionate to what we have provided up to the time you inform us of your withdrawal, compared with the full scope of the live services (Art. 108 TRLGDCU). Your right of withdrawal for the live services ends once they have been fully provided, if performance began with your express prior request and your acknowledgement that you would lose the right of withdrawal once we have fully performed the contract (Art. 103(a) TRLGDCU).

5.5 Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw, we will refund the payments received from you without undue delay, and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. We deduct only (a) the part of the price attributable to the video library, if your right of withdrawal for it has ended under section 5.3, and (b) any proportionate amount for live services under section 5.4. If we deduct the part for the video library, your access to the library continues. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for the refund. An instalment plan ends when you withdraw.

6. Cancellation by you after the withdrawal period

6.1 Once the withdrawal period has ended, the contract is binding for its fixed term: 4 months for the Immersion, 8 months for the Full Path.

6.2 If you are unable to take part, you can, once and free of charge, transfer your place to a later cohort, provided you tell us in writing before the first live weekend. Until the first live weekend, you may also name a substitute who meets the participation requirements; you and your substitute are then jointly liable for the price.

6.3 Either party may terminate the contract for good cause. Good cause on your side includes a serious illness, proven by a medical certificate, that prevents you from taking part. In that case, you can choose between a transfer to a later cohort and a refund of the part of the price attributable to the live weekends that have not yet taken place.

6.4 Not attending live sessions, or not using the library, does not entitle you to a refund or a price reduction.

7. Changes and cancellation by us

7.1 For important reasons, such as a teacher's illness, technical failure or force majeure, we may move individual live sessions or replace teachers. We will then offer a replacement date or a recording. If a change significantly affects you, you may cancel the contract and receive a refund of the part of the price for services not yet provided.

7.2 If too few participants register for a cohort to run as described, we may cancel it up to 14 days before the first live weekend. We will then refund all payments in full or, if you prefer, transfer you to the next cohort.

7.3 We may terminate the contract with immediate effect if a participant seriously or repeatedly breaches the code of conduct (section 8) or puts the safety of others at risk. We will then refund the part of the price for services not yet provided, less any damage caused by the breach.

7.4 We may update course content, as long as the purpose and overall scope of the training are preserved.

8. Code of conduct and confidentiality

8.1 Group work depends on trust. Everything other participants share in sessions, breakout rooms, participant groups or the forum is confidential, and you must not pass it on.

8.2 You must not make your own recordings or screenshots of live sessions or participants, and you must not share your access details with anyone else.

8.3 Please treat everyone with respect. We may exclude anyone who harasses, discriminates against, endangers or seriously disrupts others.

9. Certification

9.1 To receive the Pranasomatics Coach Certification (Level 1), you must meet all certification requirements set out in the course materials. These include taking part in the live weekends (missed sessions are made up using the recordings), keeping a practice log, and submitting a recorded practice session and a written reflection. We assess them on presence, clarity, ethics and scope of practice.

9.2 The Pranasomatics Coach Certification is a private certificate issued by PranaSomatics SL. It is not a state-recognised qualification. It does not entitle you to practise psychotherapy, psychology, medicine or any other regulated health profession, and it does not replace a qualification of that kind.

9.3 You may describe yourself as a "Certified Pranasomatics Coach (Level 1)" only after certification and only within your scope of practice. Certified coaches are solely responsible for their own work with clients, including insurance, tax and legal obligations.

10. Health notice and personal responsibility

10.1 Pranasomatics is somatic education and coaching. It is not psychotherapy, not medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment, and not a substitute for them. We make no promise of healing and give no guarantee of any particular result.

10.2 Taking part requires normal physical and psychological resilience. Before booking, please tell us if you have a mental health condition, are in psychiatric or psychotherapeutic treatment, take psychiatric medication, have experienced severe trauma, are pregnant, or have epilepsy, cardiovascular disease or any other relevant condition. If you are in treatment, please talk to your doctor or therapist before you book.

10.3 You are responsible for yourself during the practices. Every exercise is an invitation: you may pause, adapt or stop at any time. In an acute crisis, contact a doctor or the emergency services (112).

11. Course materials and intellectual property

11.1 All course materials are protected by copyright and belong to PranaSomatics SL or its licensors. This includes videos, audio, recordings, manuals, templates and worksheets, and the Pranasomatics method and the BodyMind Mapping framework as presented.

11.2 You receive a simple (non-exclusive), non-transferable, personal right to use the materials for your own learning. As a certified coach, you may apply the methods you have learned in your own coaching work, but you may not use the materials themselves. You must not copy, sell, publish or distribute the materials, upload them to AI tools, make them available to third parties, or use them to create your own trainings, without our prior written consent.

11.3 "Lifetime access" means access to the library for as long as we operate it, and in any case for at least five years from the end of your training. If we close the library, we will give you at least three months' notice, and you can download the materials that are available for download.

12. YogaEasy Academy

Pranasomatics is offered as a partner programme in the YogaEasy Academy. YogaEasy is an independent company. These Terms apply to all bookings made through pranasomatics.com, including bookings through the YogaEasy Academy participant access on this website.

13. Liability

13.1 We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health.

13.2 In all other cases, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, and our liability is limited to the typical damage that was foreseeable when the contract was concluded.

13.3 We are not liable for interruptions caused by Zoom, the learning platform or your internet connection, unless we are responsible for them.

13.4 This does not limit your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.

14. Data protection

Our Privacy Policy (pranasomatics.com/privacy) explains how we process your personal data.

15. Complaints and dispute resolution

15.1 Please send any complaints to mail@pranasomatics.com. We will reply within 14 days and, in any case, within one month. Official complaint forms (hojas de quejas y reclamaciones) are available on request.

15.2 The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

16. Applicable law and jurisdiction

16.1 These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of that country (Art. 6(2) Rome I Regulation).

16.2 Consumers may bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence. For business customers, the courts of Málaga have exclusive jurisdiction.

17. Final provisions

If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid. Translations of these Terms are for information only; the English version is binding.
