The Pranasomatics Coach Certification is not about learning a script or collecting techniques. It's about becoming a clear vessel for transmission – a guide who leads not from concept, but from embodied presence.
This 6-month sacred apprenticeship is for those who have experienced the transformative power of Pranasomatics and feel called to share it with others. It's a journey of deepening your practice while developing the skills to hold space for others' unfolding.
Through mentorship with Lydia & Kai, practice teaching, advanced somatic and energetic work, and a supportive community of fellow practitioners, you'll develop your unique expression of this work – grounded in integrity, presence, and deep understanding.
Pranasomatic Coach Training
Learn to guide others through the Pranasomatic method.
The Certification Program unfolds over six months, with a rhythm designed to support deep integration and embodiment.
Throughout the program, you'll receive personalized feedback, guidance, and support as you develop your unique expression of this work.

Holding non-dual space: presence, tracking, truth
Reading pranic shifts & somatic feedback
Coaching skills: mirroring, inquiry, voicework
Nervous system navigation in client work
Trauma-informed consent & somatic ethics
Devotional leadership: letting essence speak
Creating offers: 1:1, group, ritual, online formats
Integration support, supervision & co-mentoring

3 in-person intensive weekends via Zoom (Friday-Sunday)
Bi-weekly online live sessions with Lydia & Kai (2 hours)
Monthly small group mentoring circles (90 minutes)
Weekly peer practice sessions
Personal practice and integration (daily)
Case studies and practicum experiences
Final integration retreat weekend

To ensure that all participants have the necessary foundation, the following prerequisites apply:
Completion of the Pranasomatics Immersion
At least 6 months of consistent personal practice
Experience with somatic or embodiment work
Demonstrated commitment to personal growth and integrity
We recognize that each journey is unique. If you feel called to this work but don't meet all prerequisites, we invite you to apply and share your experience. Exceptions may be made for those with equivalent experience or exceptional circumstances.

To receive certification as a Pranasomatics Coach, you'll need to:
Attend all training sessions and intensives
Complete all practice assignments and case studies
Demonstrate embodied understanding of core principles
Pass final assessment with Lydia & Kai
Uphold the ethical guidelines of Pranasomatics
