A Field
of Many Voices
Each of us brings a current. Together, we are the wave.
Here are the people who hold space for your becoming.
The Pranasomatics Team
Pranasomatics is guided by Lydia & Kai — and held by a wider circle of teachers, assistants, and companions who bring their unique gifts into the field.
Together we weave trauma-informed somatics, nervous-system intelligence, tantric awareness, yoga, psychotherapy, music, and community work — creating a training environment that is both deep and grounded.
Meet the full team ↓What is Pranasomatics?
Pranasomatics is a trauma-informed somatic training and guidance system that works through the nervous system, the body, and subtle awareness to support embodied transformation and relational guidance.
What you feel in our trainings is not a single method — it's a living field: embodied presence, ethical clarity, regulated pacing, and real relational depth.
Lydia & Kai guide the core transmission — and our team strengthens the container with complementary expertise, care, and continuity throughout your journey.
What We Bring Into the Field
Our team weaves together multiple lineages and disciplines — so the training becomes multidimensional: intellect meets body, science meets spirit, and practice meets real life.
Somatics & Trauma Work
polyvagal theory, EMDR, parts work, somatic experiencing
Therapy & Coaching
Gestalt psychotherapy, systemic coaching, Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Yoga & Embodiment
Anusara, Embodied Flow, authentic movement, therapeutic alignment
Non-Dual Philosophy
Kashmir Shaivism, tantric meditation, awakening practices
Creative Expression
music, voice, writing, ritual and art as integration pathways
Community & Relational Fieldwork
circles, co-regulation practices and group facilitation
Each team member carries a different thread of this tapestry. Together, we create a training environment that is diverse and complementary — practical, embodied, and deeply human.
Our relationships is both our practice and our teaching.
The challenges we navigate, the love we cultivate,
the truth we speak – all become part of the medicine we offer.
Co-led by Lydia & Kai – with a deeply embodied team
Pranasomatics Coaching is held by two co-founders in equal partnership – and supported by guest teachers and a care team who bring depth, ethics and nervous-system clarity into the field.
Lydia Mellaart
The Regulating Field. Relational Intelligence. Precision in the Nervous System.
Lydia Mellaart works at the intersection of somatic psychology, trauma-informed work, and embodied awakening. Her path bridges therapeutic depth, nervous-system science, and non-dual integration — creating spaces where transformation unfolds safely, relationally, and sustainably.
Her work is grounded in trauma-informed practice, polyvagal theory, parts work, and body-based processing modalities. Rather than working conceptually, she guides through sensation, regulation, and relational attunement — allowing the system to reorganize from within.
Drawing from EMDR, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, somatic bodywork, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, and tantric philosophy, Lydia integrates Western psychological rigor with embodied spiritual depth.
Alongside her somatic and trauma-informed work, she is currently enrolled in for-credit psychology coursework at Harvard Extension School and is pursuing the Certificate in Psychology, with a focus on foundational psychology, abnormal psychology, relational dynamics, and trauma & recovery.
This academic training strengthens the theoretical and research-based foundation of her work, ensuring that Pranasomatics remains ethically grounded and psychologically informed.
Within Pranasomatics, Lydia embodies the regulating principle — the capacity to pace, track, and stabilize nervous systems so depth can unfold without overwhelm.
Her work does not push for breakthrough.
It creates the safety in which truth can emerge.
Kai Hill
The Spiral Anchor. Breathwalker. Devotee of Truth in Form.
Kai Hill works at the intersection of non-dual realization, philosophy of mind, and emerging intelligence. His journey unfolded through years of yoga asana practice, contemplative practice, meditation retreats, and yogic philosophy study before a profound awakening revealed the inseparability of consciousness and form.
His work explores consciousness, agency, and ethical guidance in an age where human presence increasingly meets artificial intelligence. Drawing from tantric philosophy of Kashmir Shaivism, classical pranayama, devotional practice, and embodied awareness, he translates ancient wisdom into grounded, lived integration.
Alongside his spiritual and somatic work, Kai is deepening his engagement with philosophy of mind, ethics, and human–machine interaction — exploring how awakening, intelligence, and responsibility intersect in contemporary culture.
He is currently pursuing for-credit academic studies in philosophy and ethics at Harvard Extension School, with a focus on philosophy of mind, consciousness studies, and the ethical dimensions of emerging technologies.
This formal inquiry anchors his experiential realization within a rigorous philosophical framework — bridging lived awakening with intellectual clarity, critical reasoning, and contemporary ethical discourse.
Within Pranasomatics, Kai offers clarity of orientation — a steady anchoring in presence that allows awakening, embodiment, and integration to move together without bypassing or inflation.
His teaching does not aim at transcendence.
It aims at coherence.

Our shared vision is simple: to create learning spaces that are grounded, honest, and human.
Spaces where embodiment matters more than performance, where depth is paired with clarity, and where personal transformation is supported by real skill, nervous-system awareness, and ethical care.
We value precision without rigidity, openness without bypassing, and growth that can be integrated into real life — into relationships, work, and everyday choices.
