A Field
of Many Voices
Each of us brings a current. Together, we are the wave.
Here are the people who hold space for your becoming.
The Pranasomatics Team
Pranasomatics is guided by its co-founders, Lydia & Kai — and held by a wider circle of teachers, assistants, and companions who bring their unique gifts into the field.
Together we weave trauma-informed somatics, nervous-system intelligence, tantric awareness, yoga, psychotherapy, music, and community work — creating a training environment that is both deep and grounded.
Meet the full team ↓What you feel in our trainings is not a single method — it’s a living field: embodied presence, ethical clarity, regulated pacing, and real relational depth.
Lydia & Kai guide the core transmission — and our team strengthens the container with complementary expertise, care, and continuity throughout your journey.
What We Bring Into the Field
Our team weaves together multiple lineages and disciplines — so the training becomes multidimensional: intellect meets body, science meets spirit, and practice meets real life.
Somatics & Trauma Work
polyvagal theory, EMDR, parts work, somatic experiencing
Therapy & Coaching
Gestalt psychotherapy, systemic coaching, Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Yoga & Embodiment
Anusara, Embodied Flow, authentic movement, therapeutic alignment
Non-Dual Philosophy
Kashmir Shaivism, tantric meditation, awakening practices
Creative Expression
music, voice, writing, ritual and art as integration pathways
Community & Relational Fieldwork
circles, co-regulation practices and group facilitation
Each team member carries a different thread of this tapestry. Together, we create a training environment that is diverse and complementary — practical, embodied, and deeply human.
Our relationships is both our practice and our teaching.
The challenges we navigate, the love we cultivate,
the truth we speak – all become part of the medicine we offer.
Co-led by Lydia & Kai – with a deeply embodied team
Pranasomatics Coaching is held by two co-founders in equal partnership – and supported by guest teachers and a care team who bring depth, ethics and nervous-system clarity into the field.
Lydia Hill
The Listening Body. The Edge-Walker. Space-holder of fierce love.
Lydia’s path has taken her from the corporate world into deep inner exploration, where yoga, mindfulness, and therapy became powerful tools for healing trauma, anxiety, and self-doubt.
Her approach weaves together polyvagal theory, trauma-informed somatics, intuitive movement, and non-dual awareness — honoring both the personal and the transpersonal.
Kai Hill
The Spiral Anchor. Breathwalker. Devotee of truth and embodiment.
Kai’s path led through years of spiritual seeking, meditation retreats, and yoga training before a profound awakening revealed the inseparability of consciousness and form.
His work integrates traditional pranayama, tantric philosophy, devotional practice, and somatic awareness — bridging ancient wisdom and modern somatic understanding.
Guest Teachers
Isabella Brom
The Embodied Mystic. The Therapeutic Guide.

Her approach invites participants to meet themselves more deeply — in movement, in silence, in longing, and in love.
Marta
The Nutrition Guide. Space-holder for vitality and embodied nourishment.
Marta supports participants with science-based nutrition and embodied awareness — helping the body stay resourced, regulated and clear.
Her work is shaped by lived experience and deep respect for the body’s wisdom: nourishment as a pathway into steadiness and integration.
Program Team
Josefine Weichand
The Embodied Guide. The Bridge Builder.
Josefine blends somatic coaching, trauma-informed practices, breathwork and Human Design into grounded, practical support.
She helps you integrate the material into your own body and sessions with clarity, warmth and steady feedback.
Eve Kirsten
The Happiness Manager. The Empathic Listener.
Eve is the gentle presence behind the scenes — your first contact for questions, logistics and nervous-system friendly support.
She fosters a field where sensitivity is honored and everyone feels safe, seen and accompanied.
Our shared vision is simple: to create learning spaces that are grounded, honest, and human.
Spaces where embodiment matters more than performance, where depth is paired with clarity, and where personal transformation is supported by real skill, nervous-system awareness, and ethical care.
We value precision without rigidity, openness without bypassing, and growth that can be integrated into real life — into relationships, work, and everyday choices.
